Most repair and update work is billed hourly. We keep close track of time and clients consistently find they get more than they pay for – that’s just how we work.
Larger repair projects are quoted at a flat rate based on scope. If your site needs significant work, we’ll assess it and give you a number before anything starts.

Flexible Payment Options
Website projects are a real investment and not every business can pay for everything upfront. For select projects, payment plans are available – typically spread over 12 months. If budget is a concern, say so upfront. We’d rather work something out than lose a good project over timing.
