Refresh Companies started as Refresh Refinishing – a single-service bathtub and tile refinishing company out of Northeast Ohio serving the apartment industry. Adam Ferracane came in needing an upgrade from an in-house built website that wasn’t keeping up with where the business was headed. That first project was a full redesign – cleaner layout, better service presentation, lead generation forms that actually converted. Standard stuff, done right.

What happened after that is the real story. Refresh didn’t stay a refinishing company. Adam built it into a multi-brand service operation covering refinishing, painting, janitorial, and carpet cleaning – all focused on the apartment make-ready market under the “Make Ready Made Easy” model. One call, one point of contact, all four services coordinated and scheduled. Each brand grew into its own dedicated website: myrefreshpaint.com for painting, myrefreshclean.com for janitorial, myrefreshrefinishing.com for refinishing, and myrefreshcarpet.com for carpet cleaning. On top of those four, the main Refresh Companies umbrella site ties the whole operation together, and the Refresh Franchising site handles franchise recruitment, territory availability, investment details, and lead capture for prospective franchisees across the country. Yellowfin built every one of them, hosts all six, and handles email across the entire operation.

The franchise side of this business is serious. Refresh has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies – ranked No. 2,225 nationally in 2023 and No. 60 on the Inc. 5000 Midwest Regional list in 2022.

Yellowfin has been there for every site, every launch, and every expansion along the way.
