One Person Who Knows Your Site, and Picks Up

Website Care and Support

A website isn’t finished the day it launches. Hours change, prices change, a new service gets added, a photo needs swapping, a holiday banner goes up and comes down. A care plan is having one person who already knows your site handle all of it, so the changes actually get made instead of sitting on your to-do list for three months.

No ticket system. No account manager. No waiting in a queue behind a hundred other clients. You email or call, and the person who picks up is the person who does the work. Most requests are done the same day or the next.

It’s the difference between owning a site and having a website partner. You run your business. We keep the site working for it.

A Website Is Never Really Finished

Why Care Plans Exist

Here’s what happens to most small business sites. They launch, they look great, and then life takes over. The hours on the site go stale. The team photo still shows someone who left two years ago. The “new” service from last spring still isn’t on there. Not because the owner doesn’t care, but because making the change is one more thing, and there’s never time for one more thing.

A care plan removes the friction. You send a quick note, “update my hours, swap this photo, add this page,” and it’s handled. No logging in, no figuring out WordPress, no hunting down whoever built the site. The change just happens, fast, by someone who already knows how your site is put together. A site that stays current keeps earning. A stale one quietly costs you.

What You Get on a Plan

The Difference

You can always call us for a one-off fix at our hourly rate. A care plan is for the businesses that would rather not think about it each time, and get faster service and a better rate for the regular work.

You Go to the Front of the Line

Plan clients get worked first. While one-off requests wait their turn, yours move to the top, so the change you need today gets handled today.

One Person Who Knows Your Site

Not a rotating support desk reading your site for the first time. The same person every call, who already knows how it’s built and what you like.

A Better Rate on the Work

Regular changes cost less on a plan than they would one at a time, and there’s no meter anxiety on every small ask. You know the number going in.

Where It Fits

Repair, Hosting, Care: Which One?

These three overlap, so here’s the plain version. If something’s broken, hacked, or badly out of date, that’s a repair, a one-time fix to get it right again. No plan needed, just call.

If you need the site to stay online, secure, and current under the hood, that’s hosting, the foundation everything sits on, and the upkeep that happens whether you ask or not.

A care plan is the hands-on layer on top, the actual changes you want made: content, new pages, swaps, seasonal updates. Most clients pair a care plan with hosting and never think about their website again.

How It Works

No Lock-In, No Learning Curve

Care plans run month to month, like everything we do. No contract, cancel when you want. We scope a plan to how much your site actually changes, a quiet brochure site needs less than a busy one, so you only pay for the level you need. When that changes, the plan changes with it.

You don’t have to host with us to be on a plan, but most clients do, because one person handling the whole site means there’s never a question of whose problem something is. It’s all one number to call. Our pricing is public, the way it is for everything.

Common Questions

FAQ

What's the difference between a care plan and just paying hourly?

Hourly is pay-as-you-go for one-off work, and it’s always available, no plan required. A care plan is for businesses that make changes often enough that they’d rather not think about it each time. You get priority over hourly requests, a better rate on the regular work, and the same person every time. If your site barely changes, hourly is fine. If it changes monthly, a plan saves you money and waiting.

What counts as a change I can request?

The everyday stuff a living site needs: updating your hours or prices, swapping photos, editing text, adding a new service or staff member, posting a seasonal banner, building out a new page. If you’re not sure whether something fits, ask. Bigger projects like a full redesign or a new online store are quoted separately, but the day-to-day upkeep is exactly what the plan is for.

How fast will my changes get done?

Most requests are handled the same day or the next. Plan clients go ahead of one-off hourly work, so you’re not waiting behind a queue. Something big or complicated might take longer, and if it does, you’ll know up front. The point of the plan is that you’re not chasing anybody, the change just gets made.

Do I have to host with you to be on a care plan?

No, but most clients do, and here’s why it helps. When one person handles the hosting and the changes, there’s never a question of whose problem something is or any finger-pointing between a host and a developer. It’s one number to call for the whole site. If you host elsewhere, a care plan still works, we just need access to make the changes.

What if the person who built my site is gone?

That’s one of the most common reasons people call. A developer disappears, goes quiet, or moves on, and now nobody can touch the site. We take those over all the time. We learn how it’s built, get you access to your own accounts, and become the person you call from then on. You shouldn’t be locked out of your own website.

Is there a contract?

No. Care plans run month to month like everything we do. No annual lock-in, cancel whenever you want. We’d rather keep you because the service is worth it than because a contract traps you. Pricing is public, so you know exactly what you’re paying before you start.
