About Stephen Knight
Founder, Yellowfin Development
Stephen served as a computer operator in the U.S. Marine Corps, then spent nearly three decades building websites – inside agencies, on in-house development teams, and across hundreds of direct client engagements in healthcare, finance, nonprofits, entertainment, retail, and professional services. He is Google Ads certified and Google Analytics certified.
That span matters more than it sounds. It covers table layouts, Flash, the mobile shift, the rise of WordPress, three eras of Google’s algorithm, and now AI search. Platforms come and go. The businesses that survive are the ones whose sites were built properly in the first place.
He founded Yellowfin Development in 2013 to do one thing well: build and run high-quality websites for small businesses that want a person, not a portal.
